I can't say enough good things about CLOSERTOWHOLESALE ON EBAY. They got some very well built led lights .All shapes and sizes and nice chrome trim to boot. Take a look at my pics. of the taillights. Also got some 1 inch running lights i plan on putting on my running boards next to the custom exhaust tips . I LIKE LIGHTS !!!! LOL
I got two LED light strips to put under the cab to light up the running boards where you step in the cab. They will be wired to come on when you open the doors. I got them from (superbrightleds.com). Very reasonable and only cool white and warm white I could find.
We carry a 6-to-12 volt converter so that you 6-volt guys can run a 12 volt LED 3rd brake light, for example.
Here at Watson's StreetWorks we've been making LED taillights for a couple of decades, now, and specifically for the older car/truck market - streetrods. You can find us with a quick google. I invite any of you that have questions about LED's to give us a call - no matter whether you are buying or trying to solve an existing question or just curious. We like to help.
do your 6 volt 3rd brake lights have the suction cups so they attach to the back window and are removeable in case we want to 'show' the truck?
None of our lights are 6 volt or use suction cups. Our convertor allows you to use a 12 volt LED on a 6 volt system. You can see all of our 3rd brake lights at: LED 3rd Brake Lights
