Call mile marker. I ordered 2 lock rings and 2 o rings. The lock rings go in addition to the snap rings. Tightened things right up. No more rattlel when driving down the road. I put the o ring where the mm hub meets against the truck hub. Parts are like $12. Shipping is like $9. Comes in a box that would fit a set of hubs but they only put the tiny parts in it. O well. Works though.

I'm running Warn Premiums, and had the same issue. They would move around just a little bit. It's a known issue with BOTH manufacturers. Warn was good enough to send me additional locking rings and O-rings (free after just one phone call). I doubled up the locking rings and it fixed 'em.
That was last winter.
Last week I had to replace a wheel hub/bearing and when I re-installed the Warn Hub I only had to use one locking ring. Go figure.

you wouldnt to have pics of it? and is it ok to drive for now? its not that bad of a slack to where it rattles when you drive it. just when you grab it moves like it had a loose tooth lol..
Ok guys just spoke to Kenrick (tech support) at Mile Marker. The issue im having with a slight play in my MM hub installed in my 00 EX is a know problem. Being not all hubs were cut/made the same as far as tolerance's (due to Ford outsourcing different manufacturers or if the hubs were recently replaced with aftermarket units) so to solve this problem there is they sell the Spiral Lock to take up any slack in the MM hubs when installed. here is the info
I think i will be putting some kind of hub in because mine our stuck on auto. I don't feel that it's real reliable.
If you mean the dial is simply stuck, try as ExV10 has mentioned in other thread on this forum. Drill a small hole in the center of the dial and squirt some ATF in the hole to lube the dial. Maybe repeat a few times and turn the wheel so it will seep to different sides of the dial. Then plug it with a short screw. Should free up after a few lubes. I have done the same thing with WD-40 around the outside of the dial and a pair of channel locks working them back and forth, but his method seems like it would be much more effective and less likely to break the plastic dial.
ok just got the spiral lock replacement for my MM hubs. now how do you go about installing these? do i just put the spiral lock in first (pull em apart a bit like a slinky) and then the snap ring? just to tighten things up? or just use the spiral lock itself?
Doesnt really matter which one first. Yes, pull it apart and start with one end and work it into the groove. Then, if the snap ring fits, install it too.

yea gotcha! i put the spiral lock in first. then the snap ring. seemed it had some play till i bolted everything back up. now its nice and tight. so i think problem fixed.......for now lol oh i also changed out the rubber o-ring made a difference also on the fit.
The only thing now what feels loose is the actual **** of the hub, not the assembly. Did I get ripped off when I said $10shipping on $15 worth of parts in a big box? It did rattle like crazy didnt it? I never noticed it until I was driving on a road with barriers on both sides and some small potholes.

heh the shipping part i dont know how the rate the charges. i didnt really think about it because i just wanted that rattle gone haha.....
after installing the MM hub the driver side rattled a bit. not as bad as the stock units tho. only when i hit some pot holes or turning. but for the most part it didnt rattle. only intermittently. But after installing the Spiral Lock along with the snap ring. everything is nice and tight. i havent drove it yet. but im sure everything is now ok.
now the ***** on my MM hubs is nice and tight. no play. no wiggle. maybe you got a bad one?
