Why do people keep telling me that.
I used to live by this motto, but I've had to tone it down lately.
"The road of excess leads to the palace of wisdom" (can't remember the author right now, I stole it from Kris Kristofferson)
My old man loves horseradish too, I've tried it, I just find that even the smallest amount tends to drown out the flavour of the meat.
But that's just my opinion, to each his own!

Here's one for you...I picked it up in Germany. Mix equal portions of mayo and A-1 souce then dip your french fries in it. Don't knock it till you try it! Oh, and Frank's hot sauce rules!
