early late

how can you tell a early 99 f250 from a late f 250 just asking?

Badging for the PSD engine is on the front quarterpanel instead of the door for one. Then the build date is another. I can't remember the cutoff date. Someone else will be in shortly to answer that.

The front brake rotors are thinner on the early builds.
