add power steering
I have a 1980 F100 Custom with inline 6. I would like to change it from manual to power steering. Anyone got a suggestion for a kit out there I can buy or a good online place to get all the parts I need. A parts list would be VERY helpful also since I have never done this before.

Here's some places that have the power steering box in Seattle. You can call them and ask them if they have a truck sitting around with the power steering pump, and the brackets. You might need the pulleys and some other stuff when you put the pump on your six.

The box is going to be the same for all models all the way to around 1997. I am not sure about the pumps, but I bet most of them are the same also. You will need to be careful with the pulley setups and brackets though. It will have to be from a six cylinder, and if you get into later setups, they may not fit.
