Raise up that ole 59.........

Who do I go to for lift kit for my 1959 f 250? I need about 5-6" more than the standard "high boy". I'm thinking suspension lift? What are my options?

Custom springs would be my guess, don't think you'll find a manufacturer who'll supply a "kit"

5-6" would involve custom re-arched springs, lift blocks with tapered shims in the rear below the re-arched springs, extended brake lines, modified drag link and pitman arm, and custom driveshafts. Longer shocks, too. I doubt any kit is available anymore, as was said.
