FRONT END????????????
Last night I slid off a corner and hit a small ditch with my front end nothin big didnt even use 4x4 to get out and didnt hit it very fast but now my steering wheel is a 1/4 turn off I have looked it over and dont see any thing bent or broken What should I do? Front end alighnment? any ideas?

There is the possibility that the drag link adjuster slipped because the collar was not tight enough. Be sure to cloesly inspect the other components and have someone move the steering wheel back and forth while you look at things.
Here's a pic of the adjuster on the drag link. You can loosen the bolts on the clamps at both ends and rotate the collar to center the wheel. Make sure you get the bolts tight after you make some adjustments. Only adjust to center wheel once you know everything else is OK.
