fuel return line removed?

The idle seems to be rough. After I start it let it warm up the tach is around 700 rpm it seems to be more engine vibration then i remember. Then when i shift into drive you notice it even more almost a chugging feeling. (same feeling at a stop sign) my question is a simple adjustment either at throttle cable screws or rotating the pump itself. Next should i get the return fuel line to the filter put back on before i do these adjustments

the rpms are dead on for the idle on the engine mine chugs at idle even more in drive as well it is normal

thanks I think I will live with it now but keep monitoring it I am happy to get my truck back and running. I use this truck for work and my utility boxes are packed with tools and for the last two months I have been using my land rover with not enough room for tools and no way to haul materials

the increased vibration could be something like the air cleaner not snug or rubbing on an injection line. mine has no chugging at all, very smooth idle. what shop did you take your truck to? id take it back!
