Exclamation Three possibly related codes... Need help.

On my '97 F150 (Lightning Swap project), tuned with Sniper SF from the stock program... I am getting three codes:

P0113 - Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input
P0135 - 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0155 - 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

I am getting good readings the switching side of both O2 sensors, and I am getting a reading of 100 degrees no matter what from the IAT sensors. I have replaced the IAT sensor in the air box, figuring maybe it was an internal sensor problem; no change. I know that some people have stated that when swapping an F150 over using the stock computer, you have to extend the IAT1 leads to the IAT2 sensor if using the stock harness. I am using the Lightning harness but the factory computer because I have the E4OD transmission, not the 4R100. I also notice in the wiring diagram that all of these sensors share a common Gray/Red wire. I also read in the Ford Service CD systems description that the heater circuit needs to sense input from the IAT sensor in order to initialize the heater circuit in the O2 sensors. I am not sure if the stock '97 F150 computer has inputs for both sensors so I made a temporary harness to extended the leads from the IAT1 to the IAT2 sensor to double check and see if the reading changed. No difference. Using the Recon program, IAT values read 100 no matter what, and the heater circuits both read 1.00. I checked the entire harness over for continuity before I put it in, and there are no wires melted on the O2 sensors and nothing is touching the headers.

Anybody have any ideas on how to proceed with this, or something to double check?
