Injector flush

Injector flush
So I took my truck to the dealer for an oil change, 21489 miles. They said they recommended a injector flush every 20k, I told them not right now. What's everyone opinions on it, is it realy necesary at 20k? I find it hard to believe that I could need it. Btw its for the truck in the sig.

Ok, here we go, They were trying to upsell. Will it do good, possibly, on a truck with just over 20k? nah.
Maybe at 50-100k, but thats just a completely random guess.
A quick google search lead to 15k, or 30k+ or once a year.
