I checked the drive shaft & no movement up or down,Does the 4wd shaft spin freely when hubs not engaged ? I have locking hubs & turn the **** in cab.I had the tires rotated & balanced etc.
Check your rear drive shaft and/or the carrier bearing. Usually when you feal a vibration from your seat it is coming from rear or center of the truck. Front end vibrations are felt in the steering whell or lower firewall.
With your hub and transfer case disengaged your front drive shaft should spin free. Now when you are driving it will spin. But there is no load. You would be able to stop the spining with your hand.
