Help, Tips, Advice on Tranny Replacement

Ok, just got back from vacation, tranny is ordered and will be here wed. the 26th. What is the best way to flush out tranny cooler and assoiated plumbing. Was thinking about using my parts washer pump with a hose connected and flush out lines and cooler in both directions, then blow out with low psi air, then can even dump a quart or 2 of Merscon SP in one line till it comes out the other so i know their is clean atf only in the cooler and line. Just an idea, i have a few days to get it cleaned before tranny comes in. Please any suggestions.
