Bye Yall

Well I found myself a nice little f150. I really didn't need the 6.0 way over kill for my situation. I didn't bring much to the table around here, mostly lurking, but I did learn a lot about these little engines. You guys amaze me with your dedication and knowledge and yall even saved me some money.
Ill be headed over to the f150 forum.

Its an 08 4x4 5.4 373 LS Super Crew lariat with 17k ford Precertified feels like driving a sports car Iam at work in Port Fourchon I will try to get a pic

Port Fourchon I hate that place , to many years of going offshore out of that place , now I am out of the oilfield and never want to see that place again lol

Know what you mean deepsouthdrilling, I am in the drilling maintenance department on the ThunderHorse and we are cleaning, painting and overhauling everything in sight. Cant wait to drill again.

Problem is, even with the BP thing settled, the potential (not necessarily) actual price of future incidents is now built into the business plans.

So there need to be a tad bigger deposits for it to work numbers wise.

That is why the delay... not just government.

True but there are still a lot of work overs that they are already into so far it's hard to pull the plug on.

Sir, have you worked in this enviroment before? No amount of insight supposedly gained watching and reading news gets you the same perspective as actually working out here. There is a ton of work waiting to be done and the Government is stalling in my opinion.
