Red Head Steering Gear
If you own one of these truck, you absolutely must buy one of these steering gears. I had gotten used to the 4-6" of slop in my steering, but in snowy/icy conditions it was still a little scary. I installed this in about 3 hours total time, and it was by far the best money I have spent on this truck to date.

Just one note to add. I would definitely suggest replacing the o-rings where the feed and return lines enter the steering box. The return o-ring was missing on mine. You can pull the lines and match something up at your local auto parts store.
