Yep, another good sponsor experience (at least I think they are both sponsors!)
Ill start with Ed. I was bugging him oh... I dunno a year ago or so about some small trim pieces I needed for my truck. Decided to order them up, he still had them in stock, and the shipping was fast, I almost swore it didnt come from across the border! The price for both parts I ordered, plus the shipping, was less then the cost of one trim piece up here.
Now on to Clay. I had a little fun trying to get ahold of him due to work hours, and whatnot, so I emailed him, and he gave me a ring at work. Ordered my hubs through him, and same thing as with Ed's order, it got here here so fast. Clay's price with shipping was also half price of what I can get the warn hubs for around here locally.
So Ed, and Clay, you guys are awesome, and I cant wait till more sh17 breaks, so I can order more from ya guys, keep kicking ***!
That is why I buy from these guys. For the simple fact that these guys are customer service rockstars. Not very often do you find guys like this. That is why I have extra cards from Clay and hand them out to anyone I can find looking for parts for these trucks. Not only that but tell them about FTE as well and how the brotherhood works.
Just to add about the service of those two guys, i had been trying to source oil cooler gaskets up north of the border and discovered that one of the gaskets was none exsistant in Canada. So i e-mailed Ed and he responded in what seemed like seconds. I had all the gaskets the next day! Clays service is equally as good. I will be getting all my stuff from those two guys. Oh and by the way, those gaskets are $175.00+ tax up here! You know where i will be buying. Roy.
That is the reason I only buy from Clay, and ED...not only do you get great parts.prices and service, but good conversation aswell...lol. Also thiers only one sticker on my back and sidewindows....
