I tried to take advantage of the warm weather last weekend and swap out my camshaft synchronizer/position sensor. When I started pulling stuff to make room to get at the parts, I found that one piece which was most in the way was not going to come off easily if it would even come off in one piece.
Since I didn't have the piece in question and it was new years day, I decided to halt work until I have the part to replace it if it breaks.
The part I will need is the little Y pipe which comes off the top of the water pump.It connects to heater line as well intake line(i think).
I have looked in my usual spots to find the part, but can't seem to find it. I suspect now that it may be a dealer only part, but though I would post to see if anyone here knows the name of the part, or even better..a part number.
