Woodchuck (or ground hog, if you prefer) actually tastes pretty good. You just have to remove the sweat glands under each leg prior to cooking or ...well....it's not so good if you forget that step.

Nice going, all of those in the Memphis area who prayed for a white christmas - now it seems we are stuck with it...
I've lost count how many times it has snowed since december, and now the weather pages are talking about more on the way. Fortunately I don't have to go anywhere, but that don't help my light bill! And then there's what's happened to the fishing... I can sum up what Glenn Springs Lake is like right now in just one syllable: "BRRRR!!!"

Good morning everybody. I am glad the snow didn't slow you guys down out west. It is supposed to start here about 1000. Schools will let out at 1100. Snow till tonight or tomorrow morning.
