Good morning Jim, just running a couple minutes late. One of the city loaders pushed all the snow at the bottom of my road back a good 10 feet. I'm good to go, bring it on.

That's what a truck mounted plow is for

Now it is like concrete.
It can push some good piles (5'-6' high) but I am starting to run out of room.

Ice or no ice as long as the pile isn't already too deep a superduty could handle it. Now the piles I have at this point won't move. They are just too darn big. My one big pile is about as high as the roof on my truck right now. I should try to grab some pics after this next storm.

My truck is just to big for a plow.
It would make it almost 30' long.

That's the only reason I went with a short bed, cause I knew that I would be installing a plow on the front. I also don't drive around with the plow on, it stays at home.

Good morning and have a great hump day CT.

I am officially sending all the rest of the snowstorms to CT for the rest of the season. Got to save money to cut back our state deficit.

Unfortunately the snow never made it any farther north than rutland.
