Oh, I don't get drunk,,, no matter how many shots I drink,, no.
I was "hung over" from dancing for 10 hours non stop after working from 6-5!!! It was a LONG day!! I went to bed 23.5 hours after I got up and hadn't stopped moving the whole time!!!
Made up for it yesterday,,,, didn't do a damn thing!! Or today for that matter,,, good thing I have one day left!!

My favorite quote: I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food.

Cool... it is always interesting to hear about how first batches turn out. A buddy of mine was just given a large brewing setup that includes the wort chiller, soda pop keg and co2 tank. Got him studying up on brewing now before we get him going.

I have made wine twice... once from blackberries picked from my property and another a blackberry mead (honey wine with a touch of blackberry juice). The mead takes a few years to finish in the bottle due to the complex sugars. Both turned out excellent. I also have Italian plum trees here and would like to make a plum wine.

That would be excellent, but take special care since there would be a lot of huckleberries and they do not come easy...

That sounds cool, would love to come down there sometime to pick some... maybe I can make some huckleberry wine too and we can have a taste test between Washington and Idaho for top honors...

They grow much faster than bamboo. Take care or they'll come after you. ~ Jumanji (1995)
