Blower motor
My blower motor runs with the truck off and key in my pocket. Its really wet out and all snow is melting could this be water dripping onto my Gem this has never happened before wasnt even like that last night.

Tried it does the same thing with a new relay i think the Gem got water on it.

Isn't there a thread about water leaking on the back of the fuse panel and causing problems? Try to dig it up, if I remember right you have to pull the fuse panel out and check behind it for corrosion. It could also be a bad control panel for the ac and blower.
