Its easy to check if the calipers are stuck . Raise the truck & try spinning the wheel . 2 calipers sticking at once out of the blue is unheard of .

It doesn't seem that the caipers are stuck closed, but I will try that next, I could see maybe if they are stuck halfway or so.. but the symptoms kinda seem like I have an air leak somewhere, but all lines seem good? Anyone know what would cause the brake pedal to accually push back against me? Thanks

No, I believe it is just stock, has a big drum that the master is mounted to.

I'm thinking one was probably sticking or has been stuck for some time and the other has followed suit. Only one way to find out.

I don't remember OP mentioning he had a pull before ,that went away when the other caliper set up......

Me neither. Both my calipers were pretty much stuck (not retracting) against the rotors when I got the 97. His symptoms are pretty much identical to the way mine was. There was a bit of a pull but very little braking power along with the unusual woosh noise along with the hard pedal.
