Yet another diff issue

I have a low pitched diff and or bearing whine mainly around 45 mph and up.It sounds like a bearing but seems to almost go away completely when driving downhill or when there is light load on the truck.I changed the diff fluid and it looked pretty clean with no metal shavings also the gears
Looked nice no gouges or unusal wear.are the rear wheel bearings easy to change?this is a 1997 expy 5.4 4x4 with 3.73 gears

Is it an LSD? Did you use the modifier if it is? How many miles on the truck?

Sounds like you've covered the fluids properly. I'd suspect the bearings. I've never done them myslef so I'm not much help.
