wheels ideas
Hi everyone, i hope i can get some help....I have a 79 f-250 2wd that i have just finished restoring and i am looking for some after market wheel ideas. The truck is metallic brown and i have a set of alcoa factory wheels from a 97 on there now. They look ok but not quite what i want. Does anyone have any sugestions? Can anyone direct me to a website where you can see what the wheels would look like on the truck before you buy them? Thanks!

that had a program that you could upload a side profile picture and then basically put the wheels ya want on them.

I will say that those alcoas are my favorite wheels on these trucks though. They are strong as heck, light and look great. No clue why you'd want to change them but opinions on what looks good do vary...
Steel wheels look cheap to me and many of the newer 17's, etc. with the fake "beadlock" type bumps/patterns look out of place on our older trucks. The alcoas just look clean and simple.
I think you can do that on tirerack.com as well.
Had these 5 spokes off an excursion on my truck for a bit and while they look ok I liked the alcoas better and went to those
