4x4 Low Range Problems

I have a 2002 f250 PSD. My low range is popping out of gear while plowing. Is this a linkage problem?? Anyone run into this before? I have the manual shift, with manual locking hubs. I first noticed this issue last winter after the transmission was rebuilt. Does the transfer case and linkage come out with the transmission? Thanks guys!

Yes they probably did take the transfercase out with tranny. I would say to put lever in 4lo and crawl under and disconnect linkage, and see if it easily moves more (into low range). Inspect linkage for bends/ or adjustments. also make sure everything is lubed and not binding! I have seen trucks with bad bodymounts not engage all the way, lever hits cab floor!

Does sound like a linkage adjustment issue to me.
