i found a bug deflector at the local pull-a-part for 5 bucks to day. its in good shape but it has some mildew on it. whats the best cleaner to use on these things. i didnt wanna use windex because i thought it might turn it puple like it does window tint.
It's plexiglass, right? I suggest soap (like Dawn) and warm water and then a plastic polish, the same stuff they sell for plastic back windows on convertibles. If you're really ambitious, use a headlight polishing kit intended for late model cars & trucks ..comes with the drill attachment, buff, compound, and microfiber cloths.
