I have a 2006 Ford f250. Friday night I installed the edge evolution cs. As soon as I did it it told me to update so I did. When it put my truck to what it said was stock ever since my truck will not start. And of course their support team is on vacation. Is there any options? No matter what I do with the programmer the truck will only cr ank then immediately die. Can anyone help their team will be on vacation till January 3rd and my job can't wait that long.

It sounds like the stock file on the evolution is corrupt. You can try to load one of the tunes, preferably the lowest power one. If that doesn't work, you're going to have to wait for Edge, or have Ford re-flash the truck.
I have been emailing edge over the old insight gauge, and have been getting replies from them. In fact got one today..You might try that route, I know the main personel are off till the 3rd of Jan..So yeah no phone techs.
I emailed their tech support Friday and again today. I have tried flashing to every option they have and no luck. And right now it's hard to swing a tow bill and a repair bill since I just bought the programmer. I know the need to spend time with their families and everyone needs time off I just hope we can get it fixed soon.
Sorry to hear that, you would think at least one tech would be on the job tommorow. My issues were not techinical ones, so I guess that is why I got an answer. Must just be a sales desk. Hopefully someone will some ideas to try.
