I was more interested in springs then spacers but I'll bite, sounds like a cheaper route, got a link?

If I could get 1.5" it'd sit level and that's what I want.

Nope, you can make them with thick washers, mine was milled from a solid material, I bought it off of Ebay, but had researched it at the ranger station, it's the same principle for all I-beam arrangements.

It's just a block to go under the plate, if there is a difference at all it would be bolt diameter, 350 could be a bit larger, have no affect on installation.

I just used the vehicle parts search from the main page of the Summit Racing web site. Your van came up with the same part number as mine Link

Aluminum is good, steel is better, polyurethane isn't tough enough to hold the weight, it'll compress, resulting in serious issues.

Hey guys,

Maxxlift makes a 2" coil spacer specifically for the E250/350 vans. It is alignable and allows you to run LT265/70's with clearance. There is some additional grade 8 hardware involved, but they work. See the thread "Maxxlift Coil Spacers". You can purchase 2-1/2 degree fixed camber bushings, or there are 4 degree camber/caster bushings which are two-piece excentric. They allow 4 degrees of camber and yes, some caster adjustment.

My '85 E350 came with these in the front springs.

This van use to weigh over 9000lbs loaded, and he had it aligned loaded, and I guess the shop that did it couldn't bend the I-beams as that's what you'd have to do to adjust camber on these older Kingpin front ends, but instead added these rubber spacers that I have to remove as the front wheels look like this \--/

I also would like to run 265/75/16. i tried to get that size with fierce attitude MT tires and they rubbed in the front when we sat in it. then again my van is stock. so i got the stock size 245/75/16. what springs did you get in the front to lift it? im pretty sure i only need it lifted a little bit more to fit the 265. Will the 265 fit in the rear with the rear being stock? My van is a 2003 and it is the extended.
Any help is much appreciated! Thanks.

Silver E350-- did that 1-5/8 make it so you could fit 265/75/16?

so, are you guys really getting 2" of lift out of the 1" spacers?

i read that before, but after modifying many other trucks, it seems you get exactly the lift that the spacer is, meaning its thickness only...

?

thanks!
