Correct tranny dip stick?

Guy next door has a 2000 F150 V8 and the tranny was swapped out. He was checking the fluid level and it was down to almost not touching the stick. I told him the dip stick is probably the same. I don't know if it came with the tranny or the old tranny or what, but it has a part number on it.

Note: He doesn't speak english so it's hard to get the story.

Did Ford only make 1 tranny for this run of trucks? maybe the AEOD? Would they all take the same dip stick? If I get the numbers would someone be able to run them?
I really don't think Ford would make a bunch of different dipstick lengths, but who know for sure. I did tell him he should add 2 qts.
Thanks, KarlJay.

The 2000 F-150 should have a 4R70W transmission. As far as I know , theres only one dipstick for that tranny.
The 4R100 came in Lightnings and f-250s and has a longer dipstick.

If you get the number off it , let me know. I have one in my basement out of a 4R70w that I can check for ya.
