how to replace headlight assembly in a 95 explorer?

My father has a 95 explorer in great shape but the headlights are yellowed badly. I bought him a new set and am wondering how big of a job it is to change them and if there are any neat tricks to help out. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
