If I were to guess right does my tag tell me I have a limited slip rear

What kind of rear is it? a 9"?? I'd guess its a 4.10.1 ratio........

I think LS would read 4L10 at least 3 of mine do.

Sorry forgot to put in there that it was a dana 60 in my 76 250 4x and was thinking the line with the L S was a designation of limited slip.
