ok guys been looking for a ps moter to build, and all my deals keep falling apart. i have a 2000 sd moter, it was made12/2000, i found out last night it will work in my 96 obs ps, i have a buddy thats truck was stolen and recovered blown up, he is putting a cummings it it and is giveing me his old ps moter, it has a modded H2e on it as well as fule upgrades and stage III injecters head studes main studes the works, not sure how much is trashed! ok so here is my plans my sd ps moter has 110 on it so thinking on taken the h2 and stage III and putting in it head studs main studs and building the sd moter, taken all the sd stuff off and useing the stuff off other moter, but keeping 3in intake then my spider and ic should go in smother since its off the 2000 moter. sorry its so long , but what do you guys think and have i left out of missed any thing??? thanks guys!!!
sounds like you have an awesome friend! I can't remember the build dates, but I would check to make sure the 2000 does not have PMRs, and find the source of the where the engine failure to make sure nothing you will be using is damaged, which if common sense, but other wise, have fun and it looks like you will be building one heck of a motor

yeah he is a good dude, not sure what is jacked it starts and runs just knocks bad!!! rod i woud say, his truck is cherry!!! 97 cc longbed, he is building a bad 24 valve cummings, they paid him like 10 grand he bought the truck back for 2500. it has a salvage title. he said you pull it you can have it, hopeing to use his fule up grade or some of y sd parts it should be bad
