Steve83 has a lot of info on the steering columns on his SuperMotor page. Remember to be careful when handling the SRS (airbag) and its related wiring.

I would suspect it's not the steering wheel causing the problem. Unless a previous owner (PO) has jacked with it, my money is on the front end needing aligned. If there are no unusual tire wear or pulling to one side you could straighten out the wheel by adjusting the tire-rods.
On my F-350 4X4 there is a drag-link adjustment that is used for this purpose. Not sure if your F-150 has the same thing. If it does, there is no reason to adjust the tie-rods and/or steering wheel.
I had to replace the Stearing box, and pitman arm, so now i need
to straighten the steering wheel, i have never done one, and need
to have someone explain it to me if you will...

However it will not do what you want as the steering wheel has a master spline and so can only fit in one position. You will have to adjust it at the tie rods.
