picked up this f150 at auction, starts and runs but throws some codes.
21 ECT out of Self-Test range MAP/BARO out of Self-Test range.
15 PCM Read Only Memory (ROM) test failed.
63 TP circuit below minimum voltage.
24 IAT out of Self-Test range.
Code 21 could be caused by not warming up the engine before running the KOEO test. Code 15 is a concern as well, but it could be caused by pulling a fuse or battery cable when running the tests or some other problem with supplying battery voltage. 63 and 24 are also a little suspect as well.
One the other hand you have 3 sensors reporting signals out of range and a code related to memory problems in the PCM. All of those combined could lead one to believe the PCM is bad. If the truck is not experiencing any problems then I would discount the latter theory.
Pull a battery cable or PCM fuse for 15 minutes to clear the codes. Drive the truck for awhile then recheck for codes (with the engine and transmission at operating temperature).
