4" lift
1991 f-1504x4 4.9 5 spd I'd like to do a 4" lift any ideas , what brand, is there any sort cuts to a 4" lift or do you have to buy the whole suspension lift, like you would for a 6" new shocks? any help would be appreciated, looking for input pros and cons

Theres like 3 posts going over there on the 1st page for your era of trucks. You need a suspension lift kit, 4" from skyjacker. NTWonline.com, need new shocks, probably new brake lines. You can get a "system" or a "kit". System is the best for off roading/ride. The kit is cheaper, it doesn't have the extended radius arms and it has rear lift blocks. The system uses new leaf springs.
