Bully dog programmer. 99-2003 7.3 powerstroke. This is not vin locked to my truck (I returned it to stock). Has three power levels. 50hp, 75hp, 120hp. Has optional programming for transmission as well. Also works as a code reader for diagnostics . $220 Shipped to 48 states. Feel free to pm me with any questions.

I'm interested. Not sure how to send a PM -- write me back. Been trying to figure out exactly what this will do as far as reading all the engine's diagnostic codes. I need to figure out some codes to get my 4x4 system engaging right, and it would be great if this could help on that too. Thanks!

I've seen a number of people using the Bully Dog on early '99s, so I'm pretty sure it will work. The PCM is also interchageable between early and late (though slightly different).

Ken,

I found some of the differences. The easiest to identify would be no air intake heater and relay on the early 99. The relay for the AIH would be in front of the GPR and look almost the same.

Payment went out today. I checked some more on the code protocols used in the trucks and feel pretty confident it should work. Also figured out the only way I'll know for sure is to plug it in and find out. Thanks!
