I decided to put power steering on my 78 F-100. The truck is a 3-speed on the column and I found a P/S 3-speed column. My question....is the actual column housing the same as an automatic column? (The P/S column I found has a small amount of rust around the bottom, where the shift arms are located) And what is the best way to get the lower bearing out of the column?
