I'm having some issues with my Torqueshift. It shifts great through all gears but when going down the highway in overdrive if you floor it it seems real slow downshifting. Other than that it shifts flawlessly and goes into reverse just fine. It's done this for about 30,000 miles so far and is very consistent. It does it every time. And it doesn't seem to get better or worse. Could it be an electronic issue? Sensor or something? I'm not sure I've tried loading different tunes but it does it no matter what I'm running it's still the same. Anyways any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
I use the Innovative extreme street tune for my Daily driving. I use their heavy tow brake tune when I tow. As for servicing the fluid I drain the pan and re fill every oil change or 5000 miles and I always use Mercon SP. I usually change the bypass filter every 15-20000 miles.
Time to get the codes read - probably will need to do so at the dealership. Most places do not have the capability to pick up many of the transmission DTC's.
