My 99 is doing the same thing. Upholstry shops sell headliner material that you could put on it with some spray adhesive. Or im sure someone sells the whole thing.
Most all fabric shops sell Headliner material( Might want to take the wife,or Girlfriend).Measure the size of your headliner, and add a few extra inches.Buy it,and get some GOOD quality spray adhesive.Cheap stuff will come back to bite you in the A**
Pull the headliner form out of the truck CAREFULLY(it is VERY lightweight and fragile),strip off the old fabric, and backing.Spray the headliner form, and fabric. Smooth it out gently, and let it dry.
Cut the edges, and any holes that are in the form, and re-install it.
Done this more times than I can remember....OR there are company,s that will come out and do it for you...for a price.
That is a temporary repair at best. The problem usually is that the fabric seperates from the foam material. The only way to fix it,is a complete recover. The foam deteriorates over time, and will just continue to come apart in different areas.
