This old post reared its head so I thought I'd give an update. I haven't put near the miles on it like I use to (change of job) but I've got a 02 350 with 280,000 on it now that still has the original injectors in it. The only thing I've done was put new orings on them.

I am a n00b here, my first diesel
2001 supercab with 350k miles, first mods will be oil change, fuel filter, and Baldwin PA2818 filter

 

My '01 has just over 290k. Hoping to join the 300k club soon.

All the miles minus 26 put on by me or my wife.

 

I've just joined the 300K Club with my 2002. I started with 114K when I bought the truck almost exactly 12 years ago. For a number of years, I was doing 18-21K miles per year, but since moving to a different employer three years ago, I'm now down to only about 8K per year.

At this point, I'm also still running on the following ORIGINAL equipment -- injectors, HPOP, LPOP, turbo, transmission, differential, power steering box, and A/C Compressor.

 

2000 Excursion 7.3, acquired new, with 275,000/mi on it now..
In 2 more years, it'll be 20 yrs old, and I'll have owned it 1/4 of my life.

 

2002 Ex with 427k

 

Right at 250k now, had 112k when i bought it in 2008. Was only under the valve covers when i first bought it to do glow plugs and the infamous 50 cent mod, injectors are still stock as far as i know.
