I have a 2wd Ford F-350 diesel. There isn't a lift available for this truck, or one that I can find. Looking at it all I would need is longer coil springs, longer shocks, then blocks in the rear? Anything else?
Fabtech has a couple of kits for my truck all the kit includes is 2 coil springs and block spacers for the rear. The kit number is FTS129, FTS129BK, FTS127
if you lift it high enough (4 inches like youre saying) youll need to get extended brake lines, probably sway bar extensions, probably end up needing camber bushings for the front end, ect
My guess is the reason it doesn't cover the diesel is the springs don't have the weight rating for the added weight of the diesel. One option might be to add these to the kit for the added weight of the diesel
Also there again body lifts aren't offered for the diesel. I would rather have a suspension lift. How much of a weight difference can there be between the 7.3 and a big V8 gas engine? Or is it more of the presumed hauling weight of the diesel vs the gas motor that makes the difference?

Sure they make body lifts for a diesel, I have one on my diesel.
