The old "bar fight" excuse does not cover that one.

"Funderburk was jailed on $55,200 bond on suspicion of attempted rape, aggravated battery, criminal restraint and criminal damage to property. He was wearing a neck brace when he made his first appearance Tuesday in court".

Sounds like he's a real bully. Man, it really sounds like he got beat down! It couldn't have happened to a nicer guy!

Granny's lucky she didn't live here in Kalifornia, or she'd probably have been arrested for aggravated assault. As it is, Funderburk will probably sue her...
