Does anyone make a replacement wiper spring?

So looking at replacing all of the wiper arms in my truck and it looks rather expensive since all I need are the springs to help keep contact with the windows. Even partsguyed prices are more than I care to spend on parts during the Christmas season. Well at least something like wiper arms...exhaust, maybe.

Does anyone know if anyone supplies the tension spring?
