Meet and Greet

Sorry that I couldn't make it but had to take care of my wife after her surgery. That being said I have no interest in going to Hooters and for my opinion I would like to see something more for family. I 'm sure this will not be popular with a lot of you young bucks but if I can't take my wife I don't want to go. John

Morning Everyone!!!

What a blast yesterday, I think you are right Rich, we left about 5:30. Made to the Sisters house about 7, home by 8.. IT was a good time.

John Diem, its funny you say that, we were talking about that very same thing last night, I believe there is a heck of a stigma against Hooters that doesnt really belong there. While we were there, there were 4 different families to come through, with Kids. The only reason we didnt have mone was there was no way we would have beeen able to hang for 4 hours if we had my boys, at least without damage happening to the joint. But that is just my opinion.

John -Greenmachine-, I also had a mass PM go out to everyone? I dont know how I didnt get to you, but there will be more, that I am sure of.

If you guys remember, John quit back a few months ago.

Thanks for calling me back the other night Mark. :P

As for more people not showing up.
It didn't help that a majority of the members lived over 1 hour away.
3 hour drive for Andrew and Me.
Tim Beggs would be 5 as well as Torr.
Muskegon is a 4 hour drive.

Just sayin. =)

I lived the closest, and even at that it was a good 35-40minutes.

As for people not showing up. I belong to several car clubs locally and nationaly. The club will only grow if we have members that are willing to come and promote. With that being said, plans change day to day and we all should be aware of that. If you can't make it, thats what pictures are for.

As stated before there were several threads on a winter gathering.

I didn't complain when I waited at the resturaunt for the snowfest last year when no one showed up.

From: In my mind.
I had a great time at the meet and left at 5:15pm from hooters did not
get home till 8:10 pm good long drive but well worth it. every meet that
I have been to has been a good drive to get to and I had a good time.
It is just like all the car/truck shows I go to lots of driving but lots of fun.
As far the meet plans they are started well before time. thats all I will say
about that. Hooters is not just for men, its for everyone but I do understand how some people feel. like we talked about at the meet.
we would like to find more things for the family ie., car/truck shows, camping, cook outs, pig roasts. and any other things anyone can come
up with.

AL, thanks for the pics. good to meet you. thanks to all that showed.
can`t wait for next one I can make it to. thanks again.
