Thumbs up Hello all

I just purchased a brand new 2003 F150 Supercrew 4x4 King Ranch and wanted to share my enthusiasm with fellow Ford Truck fans. I was searching for a forum and came across this site. Hope to enjoy it. Just wanted to say hello to all and I hope to post often.

Hello all

Hey bud, welcome to FTE.

Excellent choice on the truck, you're gonna love it.
Is that 6 fan as in Mark Martin?

Just goes to show you have excellent taste in trucks and Nascar drivers.

Welcome to the gang.

Thumbs up Hello all

First of all, the truck. It's 2003 4x4 Screw King Ranch, Charcoal Blue, 5.4L, tow package, ( as the wife and I have a camper), moonroof, rear captains chairs, 3.73 gears and all the other standard options on the KR. I love it so far, but just got it last thursday. Now, the login name, hotwhlz is correct. I live in Illinois, (IL), am a HUGE Mark Martin (6) and NASCAR fan (fan). Hence the IL6fan script. However, I will have to give a thumbs up to BrianA, as that is a clever decoding scheme you came up with, but am glad you are not in the Army breaking enemy codes as we may end up bombing Canada or something. Just kiddin'. Anyway, good to see all the enthusiasm for Ford Trucks on this forum. I am also a diehard Ford fan, have owned 14 of them in my twenty years of driving. Two other makes we won't mention, way back in my naive younger days. Talk to you all later.

Brian, as you so ably pointed out to me a long time ago.......we're both goobers!!

Hehehe

And your decoding skills are pretty dang good. I didn't think of that at all.

So tell me....how do you pronounce tomato?

*grin*

IL6fan, the truck sounds awesome. Glad to have another MM fan aboard too. (Didn't know your hello was gonna turn into such a long thread didja?)

I keeping with my past, and confirming what has been mentioned again, I plead guilty....
I'm a GOOBER !!

I say toe-may-toe not toh-mah-toe.
But what the heck does that have to do with the price of rice in China???

Hmmmmmmm...I woulda figured a 'bama boy would pronounce it "der-may-ter". hehe

Just pointin out that folks see things in different ways. I keyed on the 6, you looked at it all. So, does that make me focused or you broadminded?

Hmmmmmmmm....
