Ya know with using that ether you are gonna be really pissed at yourself next time you try to pull the glow plugs and discover half of them are mushroomed and won't come out without pulling the head. NEVER for any reason use that garbage on a engine with glow plugs!
I think that IPR is your problem. You have to unplug it to get the filter housing off the engine. Something didn't go back together right. The engine will not run without it.

I checked all the glow plugs like read somewhere here by disconnecting plug and ohming outside pin on the 4 valve cover connectors all good. Band aid repair on plug bare wires and truck started up and ran. Thanks everybody for your help, I know need to maybe start new thread if can't locate one that can give me ideas on warm/hot starts being difficult, I have to give it half to full throttle in order to get her refired after shutting her down. Again thanks all.

Thanks again everybody for help. Went to local dealer they couldn't locate bale connector, the head diesel mech and parts guru told me to put 6E7Z-12A690-DA IPR connector repair kit on in its place, its a 2 side clip end. While there couldn't bring myself to pay $40. more than price of IPR Oring kit from dieselspecialist(13.67 vs 53.50) Also ordered fuel filter seal kit on ebay($23. vs $73.08 from dealer) so when get all here will tear into the old girl again. Not that I don't like yous guys but hope all goes well and don't have to ask a bunch of questions.

...also a lot of supporters here have great prices on O-Ring kits and the like, just remember to keep them in your thoughts...when your looking to buy.

connector was $12.12 tax and taters. I have been trying to use the classifieds section but haven't figured it out to well, could be because I'm not a full blown member but probably cus' I don't know what I'm doin. I would gladly buy from fellow FTE folks, maybe somebody can give me tips how to locate stuff over there.
