Problem starting
Recently when I turn the key, my truck has been cranking slow and with maybe one revolution before it dies and starts clicking. I get a jump and it starts fine with the volt meter looking normal. Should I be looking for a faulty starter relay or solenoid? It is a 5.0 efi (maf).

Wouldn't it stall out if the battery dies and becomes unchargable? The voltmeter also says everything is fine. Also when ive been jumped the cables were not connected long at all.

If everything is working fine you can disconnect the battery after it's running and it will still run just fine. Battery would be my first suspect. If the battery is fully charged it should read approximately 12.8 volts with no load. If it is healthy it shouldn't drop below 10v while cranking. It's kinda a poor man's load test.
