New Batteries
Went to Autozone to get 2 new batteries this morning. While pulling the drivers side battery I noticed that the ground cable had a large split in it with really bad corrosion. Went back in and their computer said that the replacement was a 20" cable. Well after i pulled the bad one it was evident that that 20" cable would not work. The original one was almost 48". Went with a 2ga 60" cable. It is amazing how quick she turns over now that there is new batteries under the hood. The 2 interstate batteries I replaced were over 7 years old.

Is your ground cable only 2-gauge? Mine are 2/0 which is the same as the positive cables, and I am pretty sure they are factory cables. Did you get the Duralast Gold batteries? They are pretty nice

The batteries are AutoCraft Gold. 850CCA / 1000CA
