Does anyone have the injector "Buzz"?
I've had it for 3 yrs. With no problems. Does anyone here still have it or know of any issues linked to it?
Everyone I know has the inductive heating and most of them have replaced their FICM. Wonder if that has to do with each other.

I have seen it in both the buzz and inductive heating.
I walked into my dealer Friday and they had a truck setting there with green/corroded batteries. I laughed and said he will need a FICM soon, the Tech grinned, thats what the truck is here for.

The "buzz flash" works, but inductive heating is less stress on the injector long-term.... and if it was good, they would have left it alone, but they got rid of it within 6 months of releasing it (I personally fouond it annoying).
My 2003 6.0L has had two flash updates in the past 6 months.... go figure, Ford is still trying to figure out the programming after 7+ years!!!!
I have not had issues, but my local dealership checks it for me from time to time at no-charge and updates my PCM/TCM for me... and I just had new injectors installed 2 weeks ago at 183,500 miles.
Personally, I would make sure their computer is updated manually to the most recent IDS code/date and then upgrade all aspects of your motor and transmission for optimum performance.
