I think it is only in 2 places. Either on the passenger valve cover, late build motors.
Or under the turbo on the back of the engine, early build

I wasn't sure if they put it somewhere else for the vans. Other than those 2 place, I'm not sure where you'd look. I'll try another bit of info. All the info I have shows the ICP in the same location on the F series and E series. Yours should be on the passenger side valve cover.
