This is exactly the correct wheel. It has 4 convex holes and 4 concave holes. You index them to fit eachother, they lock together and then into the hub. All acorn style lug nuts.

I have a set of 4 on my 78 crew cab that I am parting out, 16.5"...I just shipped out a set of 4 - 16" on saturday, if you are interested in them pm me ..

there is a lip on the dually adapter that i used and the rim center sits on and the ring allows the use of acorn lug nuts . and on the rear the center of the rim sits on the hub of the d 70 that i used out of a 4x2 76 f-350 and the ring allows the use of acorn lug nuts instead of the lug nuts that are used on mid to present dually trucks. i will be doing brakes soon an will take some pics

Im in WV and i have 4 16" wheels that use the acorn stlye lug nuts. Also called coined wheels.

Ok. Well i got another truck in but i havent checked the wheels on it yet. But ill look tomorrow. But i know i have 4 16" wheels in the building that are what you need. Ill got get a pic tomorrow evening.
